Johannes is also a board member of Zangezur Copper Molybdenum Combine (Copper Mine in Armenia) and was appointed as non-executive Director of Petra Diamonds in mid 2021. He has more than 15 years of experience in the commodity sector where he also held positions as Chief Financial Officer as well as board member of the largest independent steel trading company. Furthermore, Johannes has more than 10 years’ experience in the banking and corporate finance sector (including Deutsche Bank) where he held various senior positions.

Johannes is a lecturer at the university of cooperative education in Heilbronn for Treasury & Corporate Finance. Johannes holds a master’s degree in business administration and studied at the universities in Augsburg and Stuttgart.
