Arno has over 25 years of experience in the mineral processing industry and has held positions ranging from process engineering roles to senior management in mineral processing equipment design, development, and applications. He has consulted widely to clients across a broad range of commodities including precious metals, base metals, ferrous metals. Passionate about process optimisation, improvement, and the obtaining of best possible returns on investment, he has been instrumental in the development of solutions and the leading of the execution and commissioning of these solutions across many sectors and applications.

Arno graduated as a chemical engineer from the University of Dortmund, Germany. He obtained a PhD in Chemical Engineering from the University of the Witwatersrand, Johannesburg and presently resides in Johannesburg, South Africa
